Painting

We work with builders and property managers on painting of common wall areas, fences, and offsite painting such as utility meters, pedestals, boxes, ramadas, public restrooms, etc. We do both new work and repainting. We offer color rendering and paint specifications from a certified construction drawings technician.

Waterproofing

We are an authorized contractor of Tremco barrier solutions, the manufacturer of Watchdog Waterproofing, a waterproofing solution that is best bar-none. Click here for a brochure. A 3 year warranty is standard with all projects and an extended warranty is available.

WATCHDOG WATERPROOFING® products feature a polymer-enhanced asphalt membrane. This flexible membrane is spray-applied to provide a minimum 40 mils of protection when cured. (Which is at least four times thicker than typical damp proofing.)

Because of its spray application and elasticity, the waterproofing membrane seamlessly spans foundation settling cracks – now, and in the years ahead. The membrane also remains elastic at low temperatures for reliable performance, season after season.
